Purchasing Esri through OETC
OETC annually purchases an Esri site license on behalf of our higher education members within the state of Oregon. If you would like to participate in the use of the site license and meet the below criteria, please contact OETC Support for a quote.
Criteria for purchasing Esri through OETC:
- The desire to purchase Esri on behalf of a higher education institution.
- A higher education institution located in the state of Oregon.

For Purchasing and Licensing Assistance
For general quoting and purchasing needs, please contact us. Please note that OETC is currently only offering Esri licensing to higher education institutions within the state of Oregon. Our organization is in the process of reviewing multi-state licensing options.
For Assistance with ArcGIS Online
OETC manages our Esri customers' ArcGIS Online subscriptions using Esri customer number 220417. For assistance with ArcGIS Online licensing, please contact the OETC Esri primary maintenance coordinator.
For Assistance with Desktop Licenses, Authorizations, and Training
Esri desktop licenses, authorizations, and training should be managed under your institutions unique customer number, set forth by Esri. If you need to be associated with your unique customer number, please contact OETC. Once associated, all requests related to desktop licenses, authorizations, and trainings should be directed to an Esri Customer Service Representative.
For Technical and Detailed Support Requests
Each participating member of the OETC Esri site license is offered the option to enroll authorized support callers. An authorized caller is a designated individual from your organization who may contact Esri to request technical support. For a list of your institutions current authorized support callers, or to be added as a support caller for your institution, please contact the OETC Esri primary maintenance coordinator.
Once a user has been added as an authorized support caller, that user may contact Esri Technical Support Services using their call-in ID administered by OETC.
