The following information is for download, installation, and authorization of Esri CityEngine 2018.1 software. Please review the information below carefully before upgrading to CityEngine 2018.1
Refer to the Quick Start and Installation Guide on the CityEngine download page on my.esri.com for information on system requirements, installation, and authorization of your software.
Obtaining Software Authorization Numbers
If needed, the account's primary maintenance contact can obtain available authorization numbers from my.esri.com. After signing in with your Esri Account, click on My Organizations > Licensing > View Authorizations. Click a product name to obtain its authorization number. The license version on authorizations eligible for use with CityEngine 2018.1 will display as 2016.0-2018.1.

Download and Installation
To download your Esri Software or request media, log in to my.esri.com with your Esri Account and click on My Organizations > Downloads. Then click "View Downloads" for the product you wish to download. Please note that backup media must be requested; it will not be automatically shipped to you.
Note: CityEngine 2018.1 can operate on the same machine as a previous version of CityEngine. However, CityEngine 2018.1 must be installed to a different folder than the previous version and authorized separately before use. Upgrading from a version prior to 2016.0 will require re-authorization of the license.
