Before you can log into the new store, you must reset your password. Please note that your new password must contain 8-20 characters, with at least one upper-case, one lower-case and one numeric character.
- Make sure you have access to the registered email account
- Go to shop.oetc.org
- Click on ‘Forgot Password?’
- Enter your email address associated with the OETC Store and click 'Submit'
- Click the link in the email to be taken to the reset page
- Enter your new password twice and hit ‘save.’
