Event Registration Payment Options
All payments must be received prior to attending any OETC Events.
Payment By Credit Card
A payment by credit card is our preferred method of payment.
- Visit events.oetc.org and choose an event to register for.
- Input your attendee information and navigate to "Proceed to Payment Options."
- Select "Credit Card" as your method of payment.
- Enter your credit card details in the form that appears.
- When complete, click "Proceed to Finalize Registration."
Payment By Purchase Order
If using a purchase order, OETC must receive a copy of the PO to confirm any current or future registrations in our events registration system. You can email a copy of your PO to kimb@oetc.org.
- Visit events.oetc.org and choose an event to register for.
- Input your attendee information and navigate to the bottom of the page.
- There will be a section requiring your purchase order details. Provide this information and continue with your event registration by clicking "Proceed to Payment Options."
- On the next page, under "Please Select Your Method of Payment", choose "Purchase Order."
- After clicking "Finalize Registration", you will be given instructions on how to finalize your payment.
