You may have recently received an email that your Office 365 ProPlus subscription has expired, though you have already submitted a purchase order to OETC for the upcoming renewal. Please note that your agreement is current and there is no further action needed on your part.
Your Microsoft EES agreement is established as a three-year agreement. Receiving this message indicates that your previous three-year agreement is expiring, and this year's renewal will generate a new three-year agreement for your institution. These email reminders are simply auto-generated reminders that can be ignored if you have already submitted an order to OETC.
Aside from these automatic reminders, the transition to a new agreement should be seamless and you should see no interruption in your current services. You will receive a copy of the new agreement via email once OETC has signed it on your behalf.
