Requirements for Setting Up Your OETC Store Page
OETC Contract Holders
If you are a manufacturer or reseller, you must have negotiated a contract with OETC in order to set up your OETC Store page. If you do not establish an OETC store page but sell your products on one of our contracts, we will deploy a store page for you. If you would like to create your own, please use this page to reference when doing so.

What is the OETC Store?
The OETC store generates 50 million dollars of revenue each year on average. Unlike most other contracting businesses, OETC hosts our own store that allows membership to request quotes and buy directly through store.oetc.org.
When you negotiate a contract with OETC, you will be asked to provide the following information to set up your company’s OETC Store page to market and sell your products to the OETC membership effectively and clearly.
What goes on your OETC Store page?
Company Overview and Product Marketing. An overview and product marketing page describes your company and the contract you have negotiated with OETC. Some products are too complex to be purchased one at a time on an online store. If your company does not want OETC to take product orders directly, you may choose to just have overview and how to purchase pages on the store.
Items List (Optional). Listing items allows our membership to browse and purchase your products directly through the OETC store. If you choose to list products on the OETC Store, you will have the option of either public or private pricing.
Public pricing enables OETC’s operations team to help your company with pricing quotes so that members can easily purchase directly from the store.
Private pricing allows your company to keep contract negotiations with OETC private, while still listing products for purchase on the store.
How to Purchase. The how to purchase page directs OETC Members to either your items list, a sales representative at your company, or an alternate method of purchasing. This page give you control over how members can purchase products from your company, and who they should contact for consultation.
Product and Pricing Maintenance
As a manufacturer or reseller partner with OETC, you will receive a pricelist template. This template provides the OETC operations team the necessary information to add your products to the OETC Store accompanied with the correct pricing.
When an update needs to be made to the products your company offers—whether it be a price change or the introduction or discontinuation of a product—the operations team will send you a document that allows you to make these updates. You may update pricing, let OETC know which products need to be discontinued, which products will still be offered, and which new products should be added to the store at anytime. We will work with you to keep your product listings on the OETC Store updated.
