Accessing the Institution Tab
To search and view details about your institution, please follow these steps.
- Go to store.oetc.org.
- Click “Login” in the upper right corner. If you don’t have a store account, you can learn how to create one on the Account Creation support page.
- Log in using your store account credentials (email address and password).
- Use the drop-down menu located within your user name in the right-hand corner. Navigate to "Institution.”
Changing Your Institution's Information
Because the information in the "Institution Details" and "CIO/IT Director" sections is very important, OETC needs to know if anything in these sections change. Therefore, if you need to update any of these details, please contact OETC and our staff will make those edits for you. However, if you need to change the "Billing Contact" or "Shipping Address" sections, your Institutional Administrator can update that information.
