Accessing the Invoices Tab
To search and view orders made by your institution, please follow these steps.
- Go to store.oetc.org.
- Click “Login” in the upper right corner. If you don’t have a store account, learn how to create one on the Account Creation support page.
- Log in using your store account credentials (email address and password).
- Use the drop-down menu located within your user name in the right-hand corner. Navigate to "Invoices.”
Invoices Tab Features
The Invoices tab allows you to quickly search through your past and current invoices. Click on the invoice number to see all information associated with your purchases. You can filter your invoices by number or group.
Depending on your account type, the invoices you are able to view may be limited.
If you are an Institutional Administrator, you will be able to see all invoices for the orders made on behalf of your institution.
If you are an Authorized Purchaser, you will only be able to see invoices for the orders that you have placed.
If you are a Restricted Purchaser, you will only be able to see invoices for the orders that you have placed.
Note: If you are an Institutional Administrator for a group, you will be able to view all of the invoices for the orders that your group has placed. Authorized Purchasers and Restricted Purchasers for a group will only be able to view their invoices for the orders that they have placed for that group.
