Accessing the Institution Tab
To search and view details about your institution, please follow these steps.
- Go to store.oetc.org.
- Click “Login” in the upper right corner. If you don’t have a store account, you can learn how to create one on the Account Creation support page.
- Log in using your store account credentials (email address and password).
- Use the drop-down menu located within your user name in the right-hand corner. Navigate to "Institution.”
Changing Your Institution's Information
To change the "Billing Contact" or "Shipping Address" sections, click on the "Edit Contacts" button. Please note that only Institutional Administrators can edit this information. Authorized Purchasers or Restricted Purchasers cannot edit this information.
Note: There are no account types that have the ability to change the information in the "Institution Details" or "CIO/IT Director" sections. If you need to update these sections, please contact OETC and our staff will update it for you.
